2.1 License Grant: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your purchased ticket(s) for entry to the specified event. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event specified.

2.2 Ticket Transferability: Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or given away except through authorized resale platforms. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

2.3 Entry Requirements: Valid photo identification matching the name on the ticket may be required for entry. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

2.4 Age Requirements: Attendees must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (21+ for some events, as specified). Valid government-issued photo identification will be required to verify age at entry.

2.5 No Re-entry Policy: Once you have exited the venue, re-entry is not permitted. Wristbands or stamps may be required for entry verification and cannot be transferred.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until purchase is completed. Final pricing includes applicable taxes and service fees.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor.

3.3 Tax Compliance: We are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes on ticket sales.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized access or use.

4.3 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or employees

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or artist changes beyond our control
  • Loss or theft of personal property at venues
  • Injury or damage caused by third parties, including other attendees

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAI USA INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR TICKET(S).

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
