How do I purchase tickets?
Visit our website, browse events, select your preferred seating, and complete the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all applicable fees are shown before you complete your purchase. This includes ticket price, service fees, and taxes.
Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase tickets and transfer them to another person using our transfer system.

How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. What should I do?

How do I update my profile information?

How do I find events near me?
Use our Events page and filter by location, date, and artist. You can also browse by venue or event type.
What information can I find about an event?
Event pages include date, time, venue details, seating map, artist bio, ticket availability, and pricing information.
How can I get notified about new events?
Follow your favorite artists and venues on our platform. You'll receive email notifications when new events are added.
Are there age restrictions for events?
Age restrictions vary by event and venue. This information is displayed on the event details page.
Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds for cancelled events, significant date/venue changes, or primary artist cancellations. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, refunds for change of mind are not available. However, you can transfer your tickets to someone else at no cost.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 business days to post the refund.
Will I get back the service fees?
Service fees are typically non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy, but we review each case individually.
Entry & Venue
What do I need to bring to the event?
Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your ticket. Most venues also have specific bag policies, so check the venue website.
Can I bring a guest?
You must have a separate ticket for each attendee. Use our transfer system to share tickets with guests.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Arrive at least 30-60 minutes before the event start time to allow time for entry processing.
Are there accessible seating options?
Yes, most venues have ADA-compliant seating. Contact us for assistance with accessible ticket options.

Why can't I complete my purchase?
