1. Refund Eligibility
SAI USA Inc. offers refunds for ticket purchases under specific circumstances. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the refund request and the timing of the request relative to the event date.
2. Full Refunds
2.1 Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer or SAI USA Inc., we will provide a full refund including all fees and charges.
2.2 Significant Changes: If the event date, time, or venue is materially changed, you may request a full refund.
2.3 Artist Cancellation: If the primary artist or performer is replaced without your consent, you may request a full refund.
3. Refund Schedule
3.1 Full Refund (7+ days before event): If you request a cancellation or refund more than 7 days before the event date, you are eligible for a full refund of your ticket price.
3.2 Partial Refund (2-7 days before event): If you request a cancellation 2-7 days before the event date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your ticket price.
3.3 No Refund (within 48 hours): Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds. We recommend travel insurance for last-minute situations.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following circumstances typically do NOT qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind or inability to attend
- Ticket purchased in error (wrong event or date)
- Personal illness or emergency (travel insurance recommended)
- User-initiated account closure
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Events that proceed as originally scheduled
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the event date or cancellation announcement.
5.2 How to Request: Contact our support team at support@saiusainc.com with your order number and reason for refund.
5.3 Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Processing Fees
Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any non-refundable processing or service fees incurred. Payment processor fees may not be refundable depending on your financial institution's policies.
7. Ticket Transfers
As an alternative to refunds, eligible customers may transfer tickets to another individual at no additional cost, provided the transfer is made before the event date through our authorized transfer system.
8. Fraud and Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is related to fraud, unauthorized activity, or chargeback disputes, we will investigate and make a determination based on our findings. Fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension.
9. Venue and Organizer Policies
Some venues and event organizers may have additional refund restrictions. We recommend reviewing event-specific policies before purchase.
